Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness training is designed to help players improve their athleticism through dynamic training.  Campers will use speed hurdles, speed ladders, agility webs, parachutes, and training discs through the camp sessions.  Players will be encouraged to push themselves through activities designed to improve their overall athleticism.  SPARQ training is designed for motivated players of all abilities.

• SPARQ camp dates are: July 5, 7, 12, 14, 19 and 21.

• SPARQ Session 1 is open for boys and girls ages 10-13 years.  Camp will run from 5-6PM.

• SPARQ Session 2 is open for boys and girls ages 14-18 years.  Camp will run from 6-7PM.
