The Boulder County Force has the most experienced, qualified and dedicated staff of full-time and part-time professional coaches in Boulder County. BCF Technical Director, John Welsch (USSF "A" license) has assembled a professional coaching staff that includes a number of coaches with USSF National and State licenses and NSCAA diplomas.  BCF coaches represent some of the finest coaches in Colorado-- many with professional and collegiate playing experience. BCF coaches and professional trainers are selected to coach Olympic Development Program (ODP) and Super Y League teams.

Current and former BCF coaches are well represented in the local high schools throughout the county including: Boulder, Fairview, Monarch, Alexander, Dawson, Peak to Peak, Skyline.

Coaches are expected to actively pursue coaching education to improve the soccer training and game experiences for all BCF players.
