Coaching Philosophy
The coaching philosphy of the Boulder County Force is individual technical skills development at the younger ages with a progression of high level of tactics introduced at appropriate ages and levels. In youth competitive soccer, winning is important, but it is not the measure of success for the program; we are developing soccer players with the skills to play at their highest level. Every BCF competitive team is trained by a coach who meets or exceed the club’s high standards for coaching. Players are introduced to a high level of play and coaching at a young age. Every BCF player has the opportunity to be trained by the Pro Staff Coaches. BCF competitive players are placed in either the Elite Program or the Advance Program.

The Boulder County Force is the only club in Boulder County and the North Metro area with a Director of Coaching and Pro Staff coaches hired specifically to provide additional training to 2nd-4th tiered competitive teams.
