Registration for will take place at the Boulder County Force office.

What to bring to registration*:
a) 1" x 1" photo of player for Colorado Youth Soccer Player Identification Card
b) Copy of player’s birth certificate or passport
c) Colorado Youth Soccer form
d) Signed Medical Release Form
e) Signed Fee Disclosure Form
