Metro State College Goalkeeper Coach and Core Goalkeeper Assistant Director,  ANDREW CURRENT is the BCF Goalkeeping Director and Kara Linder, University of Colorado varsity standout is a staff Goalkeeper Trainer.

The goalkeeper is a a unique position in soccer that requires its own set of technical, tactical, physical and mental training. Perhaps the most important position on the field, the BCF is committed providing the best possible training available.

"In 2005, the BCF board and staff set a goal of having a professional goalkeeping staff in place by 2010. We achieved that goal in in 2009 by partnering with Core Soccer GK Academy. We are very enthusiastic about Chris Sharpe, Andrew Current and Kara Linder and the rest of the staff. Quality goalkeepers don’t just show up and play games on Saturdays. It’s takes a special dedication to learning the craft. I’m confident that this new partnership will excite our current goalkeepers and inspire more to pursue the position," explains BCF Director of Operations, Hardy Kalisher.
