The BC Force Soccer Club welcomes
David Napior as our new
Director of Recreational and Developmental Programs. David is now responsible for overseeing the coaching and administration of the BC Force’s recreational and developmental academy program. His primary focus is the growth and coaching of the BC Force U5-U14 recreational/developmental age groups. The BC Force envisions a lot of growth in this area and David will provide the structure and organization in this program. David will be contacting all current BC Force recreational and developmental coaches and managers over the winter to introduce himself. In the meantime, David can be reached at

David has been a senior trainer with the Force’s U10/U9 Developmental Academy, working with Hardy Kalisher for several years now. In addition to the Developmental Academy, David has been a competitive team coach for the BC Force.
"David knows the ins and outs of the program and he is excited about the prospects of making some changes and improvements in an already very successful program," said John Welsch, BC Force Director of Coaching.
Prior to joining the BC Force, David coached in Virginia at Rustburg High School and the Lynchburg United Soccer Club. David also coaches as various camps and clinics in Boulder County. David has 25 years playing experience including NCAA Division II soccer at Presbyterian College, youth Olympic Development Program in South Carolina and Virginia and his high school team won a Virginia state title. David currently plays in the Boulder Men’s 1st Division.
