Friday, April 25, 2008 • 5:00PM • Pleasant View Soccer Complex

The purpose of this fundraiser is to give each Boulder County Force soccer player the opportunity to raise money for the Boulder County Force’s Rachel Small Scholarship Fun (while also working on their technical abilities as well). The Boulder County Force Soccer Club offers need-based scholarships available to assist qualified families who may have financial hardship. The BCF awards over $45,000.00 in scholarships annually. The BCF fundraising events such as the Juggle-A-Thon help finance the scholarship program.

All Force teams have been asked to cancel their regular Friday, April 25 practice to give each player an opportunity to participate in the BCF Juggle-A-Thon.

We hope that you take part in this experience.

There will be prizes award from Rocky Mountain Soccer to the top juggler per age group and the team the with the highest total number of juggles!

So, start practicing!
What's a Juggle-A-Thon
The soccer players of the Boulder County Force Soccer Club participate in the Juggle-a-thon on Friday, April 25th at the Pleasant View Soccer Complex in Boulder, Colorado. On this date, the players will participate in a fundraiser to help subsidize the cost of the Boulder County Force Scholarship Program. The Boulder County Force offers need-based scholarships available to assist qualified families who may have financial hardship. The BCF awards over $45,000.00 in scholarships annually. The BCF fundraising events such as the Juggle-A-Thon help finance the scholarship program.

At the Juggle-A-Thon players will see how many times they can juggle the ball without it touching the ground.  When the ball does touch the ground it will conclude that attempt. They will have three attempts. Your pledge is the total of all three attempts.  The players will seek donations by either a flat rate or you can donate per juggle they make. (100 juggles at ten cents per juggle equals $10). After the players have done this, they will then collect the money from the contributors. Checks may be payable to: “Boulder County Force”

We would like to thank you for your support with this event. The players will not only raise money for the BCF Scholarship Fund but they will work on their soccer skills as well.
