The Boulder County Force Soccer Club supports the philosophy that the majority of training for the U9-U14 soccer player should be focused on technical skills development. That said, once a player begins their high school age years (U15-U18) they should begin to take ownership of their conditioning. Today's game demands more and more athleticism from its players. What are you doing to gain that extra step on the field? The following is a complete 12 month conditioning program for the serious high school soccer player. The first document is a guide book that outlines in detail: Weight/Strength Training, Speed, Agility & Quickness Training, Aerobic Training and Anaerobic Training.
